A workshop for all who are keen, especially volunteers and therapists in voluntary organisations. This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to develop insight to your values, strengths and challenges and empower you on your journey. If you are a therapist or a volunteer, working with clients and volunteering require you to be truly present and aware of the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship and how you contribute within the community. In order to be at your best, it requires you to be attentive to your own wellbeing and mindful of the needs of the clients and the team. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation.
